The ICE blog promotes discussion among Clinician Educators(CEs) from around the world, archiving a variety of education resources. We welcome anyone with an interest in health professions education.
The ICE blog is coordinated by Dr. Eric Warm, an Internal Medicine physician from the University of Cincinnati and supported by a team of editors. The ICE blog features posts specific to Clinician Educators and is a place for CEs to read and share stories of trials, tribulations, successes and innovations from their daily lives.*
Launched in September 2013, the ICE blog was supported at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. In June of 2023, the Center of Innovation in Medical Education (cIMED) in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Ottawa took ownership of the blog.
We encourage you to share feedback, thoughts, suggestions and opinions with us in the comments section. New posts appear twice a week:
- On Tuesdays, we focus on topics related to CEs;
- on Thursdays, we post contributions from the ICBME Collaborators on various CBME topics
Come back and visit us often! We look forward to hearing from you!
